There is a large permanent building with disabled access. It has a large meeting/activities room, various small rooms, toilets, showers, kitchen etc. and payphone. The building would make an ideal centre for training weekends or other activities and can be hired together with a camping site or as a separate unit.

Entrance Hall/Lobby
Pay phone (if not installed in outside kiosk for campers on site). Plenty of coat hooks - high level and low level. Shelves for dirty footwear.
Main Room
Size: 36ft x 24ft.
Open plan room, general purpose. Conference tables and chairs are available for formal meetings. Holds 100+ delegates. Can also be used as an activities room, or dormitory, but no beds available. Carpeted Floor.
2x Smaller Rooms
Size: 17ft x 8ft.
General purpose, often used as small committee meeting rooms, or as leaders' sleeping rooms. No beds available. Carpeted Floor.
Kitchen
Size 12ft x 18ft
Fitted with double sink, 6 burner gas cooker/oven, 2x fridges, freezer, water heater, cupboards and a selection of kitchen utensils, pans, crockery, etc.
Male Toilets/Showers
Urinals, 3 cubicles, 3 wash basins with hot/cold water, double shower unit.
Female toilets/showers
2 cubicles, 2 wash basins with hot/cold water, 1 single shower.
Disabled Toilet
Single cubicle, 1 hand wash basin - cold water only.
